Nene in Igbo means “look”

As the title entails, she is looking, but at what?

Perhaps at her past? reminiscing what she could have done differently.

Or perhaps at her future, which she’s scared of moving into. She’s not a risk-taker.

Therefore she decides to take a pause, breath and look before she leaps.

It sparks consciousness, being aware of the fact that the future may not be bright as she thought.
