Tea for two: but with who? – is about the lady who is affected by societal expectations for her simply because she has gotten to that so-called “ripe age” to settle down.  

In other to avoid the public’s mouth in what concerns her or like we say “her business”, she buys herself gifts, couriers them to herself with the inscription “from the love of your life”, and makes videos of it for the media. In this work, we see my lady on what looks like a date for two. She orders for two knowing well that nobody is going to sit at the other end of the table with her. 

How long will she keep up with the pressure? 

This is to remind my lady that society will always be just that – Society – they will always have their say but you should always have your way and wait for God’s timing.
