Seyi Odukoya studied art at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos, Nigeria and emerged with a distinct style that relies on visible and expressive brush works.

As an expressionist artist, Seyi uses bright and vivid hues to capture the spirit of his subject, employing bold brush strokes that curve into melodious symphony and rhythm creating soulful meditation for the viewers. One of his works is featured in the “16 Cityscape Ideas from Around the World” by Mont Marte in Australia.

He worked as an IT student at Dreams Art Academy under Gbenga Adeyemi Billyrose and also with Olubanji Osunrinade and Austin Ekhaiyeme of Culture Afrique. Some of his works adorn the walls of Nigeria Television Authority (Victoria Island), Iglesias Hotel (Surulere), and Afren Energy (Victoria Island). He is widely collected both in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States.
