How do I receive my payment?
Once a customer pays for an order, your available balance displays on your seller dashboard. To receive your payment, you should navigate to “Withdraw” on your dashboard and click on the “Request Withdraw” button to make a withdrawal. Payment is made either via a direct Bank Transfer or through Skrill.
What can I sell on your marketplace
Our marketplace is focused on giving visual artists (traditional painters, photographers, digital artists, ceramicists, crafters, sculptors), artisans and Afrocentric fashion item designers from Africa a platform to sell their creations to a global audience. So if your work falls under these categories, you are welcome to sell on our marketplace.
What fee do I have to pay to sell on your marketplace?
We offer 4 subscription tiers to cater to the needs of artists/creative brands. Outside of our affordable subscription fees, we take a 15% commission on all sales that happen via our marketplace.
