Hope, 2022

Hope, a feeling or perhaps, an emotion that fuels us into believing that better days are coming, or, that anyone can do anything. Sometimes we are too hopeful we forget to be realistic, maybe, because reality is a harsh and cruel place to be in and therefore, makes one who’s realistic seem pessimistic.

A lot of us cannot find our way out of toxic positivity, all in the name of being hopeful, so, when the disappointments come knocking on our doors, one after the other, our lives change drastically because we grant hope the power to make or break us. In our quest to find hope, let us remember to view it from a realistic point of view so that we do not lose perspective.
